1. Regional Architecture & Implementation

• Design and deploy global-scale Google Workspace architectures, managing complex multi-domain environments and hybrid co-existence strategies (e.g., with Microsoft 365 or Okta).

• Lead large-scale, cross-border data migrations from legacy platforms using enterprise tools like GSMME, GWMHN, or premium third-party migration suites.

2. Global Security & Compliance

• Implement and audit advanced security frameworks including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Google Vault, Security Center, and Context-Aware Access (CAA).

• Ensure client environments comply with a variety of regulatory standards, ranging from local Indonesian mandates (Kominfo/OJK) to international data privacy laws (GDPR, SOC2, etc.) depending on the client’s footprint.

3. Automation & Digital Transformation

• Architect custom automation solutions using Google Apps Script, Python, and AppSheet to streamline regional IT operations.

• Drive the regional adoption of Gemini for Google Workspace, providing technical leadership on how generative AI can be integrated into diverse business cultures and workflows.

4. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve as a Senior Technical Lead for regional project teams.

• Collaborate with Devoteam Global experts to align on global best practices and delivery standards.

• Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions for stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years dedicated to Google Workspace administration for large-scale (5,000+ users) or multi-national environments.

• Expert-level knowledge of Cloud Identity, SSO, SAML, LDAP, and Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) in a global context.

• Mastery of global DNS management (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and troubleshooting complex mail routing issues.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/Google Apps Script and experience working with Google Workspace APIs.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase migrations for organizations with a distributed workforce.

Certifications

• Required: Professional Google Workspace Administrator.

• Highly Desirable: Professional Collaboration Engineer, Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional bilingual skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English) are required for collaborating with regional stakeholders.

• Prior experience in a regional or global consulting role, with the ability to navigate different business environments.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regional delivery model that supports clients across multiple geographies.
