About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As a key member of Salesforce’s Employee Success – Global ES Operations team, this role helps shape a world-class employee experience. Sitting within a dynamic, innovative HR organization, the Sr. ES Operations and Project Specialist uses Salesforce technology and collaborative partnerships to deliver scalable, employee-centric solutions across regions.

In this role, you'll lead complex Hire-to-Retire and Payroll transformation projects with strategic influence, while providing expert operational support to Centers of Expertise and handling high-impact employee cases—including LOA, Benefits, and Employee Relations matters. Drive process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across EMEA through AI-enabled innovation and cross-functional partnerships. Become the go-to specialist who applies policies with care, accuracy, and empathy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Success in this position means thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing highly sensitive information with discretion, and working as a proactive teammate who loves solving problems in an ambiguous environment. If you are highly organized, detail-obsessed, and excited by technologies like AI, you’ll have the opportunity to reimagine how HR operations work and help transform how every employee experiences their lifecycle at Salesforce.

Project Management (Primary Focus)

• Lead special projects and programs across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle (e.g., Global Time & Attendance, Benefits, Employee Relations), including reviewing BRDs, conducting UAT, leading change management, and driving stakeholder communications (including Workers Council updates).

• Collaborate with teams to proactively identify and drive operational/employee experience improvements using AI, automation, RPA, and analytics.

• Lead post-project hypercare and stabilization efforts for seamless transitions, issue resolution, and adoption; train and coach ES Operations teams on new processes/tools.

• Build and consult with senior operational management and Employee Success leaders to shape strategic alignment.

• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Benefits/LOA, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Conduct planned and ad-hoc analyses to support company initiatives; partner on end-to-end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize global operations.

2.  Employee Support and Case Management

• Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies—prioritizing Employee Relations matters—while championing Salesforce's vision, values, and culture through consistent policy interpretation and proactive recommendations.

• Lead frontline resolution of workplace concerns and Employee Relations cases, recommending solutions, conducting initial investigations, and escalating complex matters to ER Managers with detailed documentation.

• Support regional HR programs and business partners with policy guidance across inquiries (including LOA, Benefits, and Time & Attendance), maintaining accurate records, metrics, and seamless COE collaboration (Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll).

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal team procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure full compliance with Salesforce policies, procedures, and current legislation.

• Drive continuous improvement by creating team procedures, identifying efficiencies, and exercising strategic judgment within broad policies to enhance employee experience and regional compliance.

Education and Experience:

• Project management experience required.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.

• 4+ years consulting on HR policies/processes with employees/managers; prior HR Generalist experience ideal.

• HR operations/shared services/centralized HR function experience preferred; high-volume, fast-paced tech environment.

• Proven track record with AI, RPA, chatbots, or HR analytics highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

• Case management systems/Workday experience preferred.

• Advanced Google Suite expertise.

• English fluency (verbal/written) required; additional European languages highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, time management, and communication skills; influences across all organizational levels.
