The Polish branch, as the Global Delivery Center, operates in Katowice since 2007 and has been growing ever since. Currently, our team consists of around 1,000 specialists.
Within the Digital Platform Services department, our teams specialize in areas such as cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup or storage, as well as networking and security. We also have 1st line support consultants who speak French and English, but also Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and German.
The Application Services department is responsible for areas such as software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM and ERP platform integrations, as well as application management for customers in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland and the UK.
We are part of an international shared services team delivering infrastructure and database support to multiple external clients, primarily in France. Our focus is on ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing database environments across various industries.
As a Database Administrator, you will:
• Install, upgrade, and patch database systems.
• Manage security, backup, and recovery.
• Migrate databases (including on-premises to cloud).
• Automate routine operations and support capacity planning.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams (systems, networks, cloud platforms) in a dynamic, multinational environment.
• We're looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional comfortable working in a diverse, international context.
Responsibilities:
• Install and configure databases.
• Perform maintenance tasks (e.g., rebuilding indexes, updating statistics, cleaning up old data).
• Manage patching and apply security fixes.
• Oversee database security (user permissions, encryption).
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Automate routine database tasks.
• Migrate databases (on-premises to cloud).
• Troubleshoot and manage incidents.
Must have requirements:
• Expertised in designing, deploying, and maintaining SQL Server environments for scalability, reliability, and security
• Experience with automation tools and processes
• Adept at troubleshooting complex SQL Server issues, optimizing performance, and tuning queries to meet business requirements

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages:
