About the Role

We’re hiring a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the fast-moving team responsible for helping developers build on Solana using Helius RPCs and streaming products.

This role blends technical leadership, customer advocacy, and product collaboration. You’ll manage a team that spans pre-sales integrations, technical support, and developer enablement. Your mission is to ensure every developer integrates seamlessly and stays delighted.

You’ll define how we scale support and integrations by hiring top technical talent, architecting workflows, building automation, and driving product improvements. You’ll stay hands-on when needed - jumping into code, debugging complex technical issues, and creating tools that elevate the entire developer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-agency Solutions Engineering team supporting integrations, debugging, and automation

• Establish best practices for technical support, customer onboarding, and developer enablement

• Define metrics around support efficiency, integration speed, quality and customer satisfaction

• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to surface insights, shape roadmap priorities, and close feedback loops

• Architect automation and tooling (e.g. SDK improvements, self-serve dashboards, AI-powered support flows)

• Support high-value customers directly on complex or high-urgency integrations

• Coach and mentor team members on technical depth, communication, and ownership

• Champion for reliability, simplicity, and performance in everything we ship

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in technical roles (engineering, solutions engineering or technical support)

• 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams

• Strong coding ability (TypeScript & Rust preferred)

• Proven experience improving developer workflows, processes, and automation

• Excellent communicator with empathy for both engineers and customers

• Deep understanding of crypto ecosystems (Solana preferred)

• High agency and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Nice to Have

• Open-source experience or contributions to Solana tooling

• Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team

• Exposure to pre-sales engineering, enterprise integrations, or technical account management
