We are looking for an innovative solution architect who designs, builds, deploys, and maintains business applications and critical infrastructure inside the AWS Cloud. Candidates should have developed skills and expertise to help them design and build advanced cloud-based solutions and migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Role Responsibilities:

The Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring that the design is fit for purpose while conforming to the enterprise architecture principles and related standards. Under the direction of an Engineering Architect, he/she will participate in documenting the solution, providing advice and guidance to enable the solution development.

• Responsible for the delivery of Solution Architecture services to projects.
• Contribute when required to the development of architectural artifacts such as policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and management of reference architectures when required.
• Promote architecture standards and requirements amongst technology and business stakeholders.
• Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices, to help solve complex technical problems and ensure fit-for-purpose solutions are implemented wherever possible.
• Cooperate closely with Project team members to ensure delivery.
• Monitor adherence to architecture standards and procedures.
• Ensure effective integration of automation architecture with client standards.
• Identify and promote opportunities for standardization and reusability of architecture across the automation roadmap for the client.
• Strong effective communicator; with solid interpersonal and analytical decision-making
• Demonstrable experience in influencing teams and preferably within matrix structures. -Demonstrable experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Waterfall project methodologies.
• Able to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way.
• A logical approach to problem-solving and complexity disaggregation.
• Tenacity and patience along with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
• A strong team-based approach to work. Offers peer support and actively participates in sharing of knowledge/skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Math's / Science or Information Technology / Business.
• Architect certification like TOGAF is a plus.
