Overview of Role

As a Solution Architect, Google Workspace & Gemini Enterprise (GWS & GE), you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to ensure our customers are achieving successful implementations. You will be responsible for crafting robust architectural proposals and delivering Statements of Work (SOWs) that engineering teams can successfully execute. Through your collaborative interactions with our teams and clients, you’ll have an active role in shaping our customer’s experience from start to finish.

In partnership with the sales team, you will formulate and execute a technical sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of the Google Workspace, Chrome and Gemini Enterprise. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help customers modernize their digital workplace, move beyond "legacy" productivity mindsets, and integrate GenAI into their daily workflows. You will educate customers on the value of Gemini Enterprise, leading deep architectural discussions on security, data governance, and AI-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored cloud solutions using Google Workspace, Chrome and Gemini Enterprise.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive customer success and satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Google Workspace, Chrome and Gemini Enterprise and translate that knowledge into practical solutions for clients; Differentiate 66degrees products and services from our competitors.

• Engage in on-site client meetings and workshops as needed to facilitate collaboration and understanding.

• Assist Sales and specify the deliverables of services projects by developing detailed project Statement of work (SOWs).

• Design and propose custom solutions for clients based on your research and their needs.

• Prepare demonstrations and proof of concept environments based on client requirements.

• Assist with and perform deliverable work for clients to gain first-hand experience with solutions.

• Embrace 66degrees team mentality by providing our team general support on new products and technology in the market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or PreSales Consulting, specifically focussed on Google Workspace Solutions (GWS). Experience with Chrome Enterprise Premium is a plus!

• Proven experience designing solutions involving Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs); Specific experience with Gemini Enterprise is a plus!

• Specify the deliverables of services projects by developing detailed project scopes; Assist sales team with preparedness and delivery of technical presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work.

• Experience working with engineering and sales teams to gather customer requirements.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts across business units; Interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Advocate and demonstrate the value of Google Workspace, AI and 66degrees’ service offerings to prospects.
