We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern hybrid-cloud solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with 8–12 years of experience who bring deep expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise-grade automation. You will play a critical role across pre-sales, solution design, and delivery, helping organizations build scalable, secure, and resilient IT environments.

As an architect, you will work at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for designing hybrid-cloud ecosystems, integrating automation and monitoring platforms, and ensuring high availability through robust backup and disaster recovery strategies. This role also involves mentoring teams, driving best practices, and contributing to capability building across the organization.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and design tailored hybrid-cloud architectures
• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across cloud, infrastructure, and automation platforms
• Architect scalable and resilient environments incorporating virtualization, HCI, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Design and automate service catalogs and workflows using tools like Ansible and Terraform across multi-cloud platforms
• Develop high-level and low-level design documents aligned with best practices and governance standards
• Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and integration across cloud and infrastructure systems
• Establish operational frameworks for monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud governance
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural standards, tools, and implementation strategies
• Create reusable frameworks, templates, and automation blueprints to improve delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and improve system performance

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8–12 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure architecture roles
• Strong expertise in hybrid-cloud environments, including IaaS, networking, identity, and governance
• Hands-on experience with virtualization and HCI platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, or similar ecosystems
• Deep understanding of cloud management platforms, monitoring tools, and automation frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu systems and containerization platforms like Kubernetes
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup solutions, and enterprise data protection strategies
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for enterprise environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in complex, multi-cloud environments with enterprise customers is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications in cloud, virtualization, or IT service management frameworks are an added advantage
