Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional area and
of the business. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. 8+ years of
experience with strong Web testing and automation skills. Must have
Selenium Experience. Position will require to work with manual testing
team as well as development team to do parallel automation. Should have
strong communication skills. Automation development follows Test Driven
Development methodology. Should be well versed with Test case
identification, writing test scripts. Experience in Agile /Sprint driven
development is a plus. Position also requires supporting multiple
production releases. Knowledge of JIRA is a plus. Ability to work under
pressure. Position will support Manual testing as well when needed and
needs to be familiar with writing test cases and user acceptance
criteria based on user stories. Mobile App testing and Device testing is
a plus. Experience with Test Driven Development methodology is a plus.
