About Testinium Tech Hub

Testinium is our trusted partner in software quality and testing. They offer an open-source-based, enterprise-ready platform for test automation on web, mobile, and desktop. Their headquarters is in Istanbul, with offices in Amsterdam, London, and Berlin. Testinium is now the largest software testing company in Europe and the MENA region, with 950+ employees and 350+ projects. They work with many respected companies in finance, telecom, and e-commerce, like ING, Allianz, PepsiCo, Turkcell, N11, and Udemy.

What You Will Do:
• Provides testing for customization and support requests from partners,
• Works with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes,
• Establishes necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams,
• Contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team,
• Carries out manual testing processes of products/services,
• Reports and visualizes test results,
• Prepares the necessary documentation and test scripts,
• Ensures that technical integrations are properly managed.

What You Will Need:
• Have experience in software testing,
• Fluency in Turkish and English,
• This position is responsible for handling incoming requests within the GMT+9 time zone.
• Have excellent communication skills,
• Are dying to find problems and solve them,
• Have a keen eye for detail and are able to summarize the error stages properly,
• Have general knowledge about web technologies,
• Preferably have used Jira or other task management tools before.

Which Team Will You Join:
• You’ll join our Optimus team as a Software QA Tester. Optimus (Partner Support Development Team) provides technical support behind the scenes. We solve problems, keep our platform running smoothly, and make sure our partners have the best experience. We work fast, solve complex issues, and focus on both product and partner success.
