岗位职责

• 负责游戏服务端功能模块的开发与维护，保障服务稳定、高效与安全；

• 实现和优化服务端核心系统，包括用户数据、战斗逻辑等相关支撑模块；

• 持续改进服务端性能，定位并解决线上和测试环境中的技术问题；

• 参与服务端相关工具开发，提高开发与运维效率；

• 与客户端、策划等多团队协作，高效推动功能实现与体验落地；

• 跟踪主流服务端技术动态，并将优秀实践和新技术应用到项目中。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，2年以上服务端开发经验，计算机相关专业优先；

• 熟悉C++、Java或Golang等主流服务端编程语言，有扎实的编码和调试能力；

• 熟悉高并发、分布式系统、常用中间件（如消息队列、缓存、数据库等）的开发与优化；

• 能够独立负责细分模块或业务功能的开发、测试及维护；

• 具备良好的分析和问题定位能力，能高效响应并解决线上业务问题；

• 善于跨团队沟通与合作，把控开发进度，确保需求高质量落地；

• 有持续学习和自我提升意识，关注行业新技术动态。
