What you’ll be doing

Creating new features using Python and Django to transform traditional people processes into being more user-friendly and purely digital
Writing scalable and easily maintainable code, following the highest standards agreed in the community
Supporting multi-tenancy (multiple customers) while ensuring adequate security and data isolation
Refactoring and optimising existing implementation
Creating new reusable software components that contribute to the overall platform
Promoting a culture of product quality by identifying bugs and issues before our customers do

What you'll need

5+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
3+ years of engineering experience with Python as your primary language
An academic background in a STEM subject
Fluency in Python, SQL, and other OOPLs
Experience with Django framework
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with API development and integration
A practical understanding of distributed systems
The ability to write concurrent code in IO/CPU bound situations
Experience with Docker, K8s, Ansible, CI, monitoring, and alerting

Nice to have

Experience with prototyping and sketching
Multiple side projects or open source contributions
Exposure to GCP
Experience with web projects or SaaS platforms

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN28,300 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
Poland: PLN28,300 - PLN40,000 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
