Software Engineer (.NET Vue.js) – Join our new major project

We are Tieto Welfare's Product Development team, and we build tools that actually matter—software that helps nurses, social workers, and citizens across Sweden and Norway.

Right now, we are entering an exciting growth phase. We’ve just signed a major new project for a large-scale client, which means we are expanding our team. As one of our engineers, you will be tackling fresh challenges, solving interesting architectural puzzles, and scaling our impact. If you like it when things are moving forward and there are real problems to solve, you’ll feel right at home here.

What will you actually do? We follow a "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy. In your day-to-day:

• You’ll develop products used by thousands of people to manage social care services.
• You won't just "code"—you’ll do code reviews, manage pipelines, work on automation, and help shape the product roadmap.
• We use Scrum but are far from believing in "meeting-driven development." We keep them short and sweet so you can focus on engineering.
• You’ll have dedicated time for self-development. We genuinely care about you getting better at what we do.

Our Tech Stack & What we look for: We don’t expect you to know everything, but we value experience in:

• .NET / .NET Core and Vue / TypeScript.
• Azure DevOps and the "CI/CD way of thinking."
• A proactive "let’s do it" attitude—we value ownership over just ticking off tickets.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with OpenEHR or FHIR.
