Services Operations Developer - Enterprise Automation

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer based in the Philippines to join our global technology team. This role will focus on designing, building, and scaling automation processes, and data-driven workflows leveraging AI-powered IDEs, enterprise search engines, and other enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in leveraging AI frameworks and tools to deliver intelligent solutions that improve business efficiency and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Development

• Build and maintain applications leveraging Automation Tools, AI-powered IDEs, and enterprise AI tools.

• Develop scalable automation workflows that reduce manual effort and accelerate business processes.

• Identify opportunities for automation and recommend solutions to business leaders.

• Configure and optimize enterprise AI search engines for knowledge management, content retrieval, and employee productivity.

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows to enhance enterprise knowledge accessibility and improve new hire effectiveness.

• Creation of automation utilizing AI technologies to create efficiencies in services team members day to day work.

• Create scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise IT Standards.

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Apex (Salesforce-specific), or similar languages.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools primarily GitHub Co-Pilot, Cursor.com, and Abacus.ai or similar type tools.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms focus on GCP and API integrations.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).

Preferred Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience of software development, Coding with AI, information systems, or other equivalent experience.

• Building scalable process automation in enterprise environments that integrates with Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft applications

• Working with AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor.com, GitHub Copilot, or Replit AI).

• Experience collaborating with global teams in a SaaS or enterprise software context.

• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices for deployment and monitoring is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Time management and prioritization of multiple competing deadlines

• Autonomously takes ownership of their work with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
