We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a passionate ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team. As a key member of the the Product Team, you will define and govern the architectural principles for ServiceNow and ensure best practices for utilization across the organization. You will also be hands-on, executing backlog items and implementing new solutions and services in alignment with the Global IT Strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate on Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives through our SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.

You will be based in Hellerup and report directly to People Leader in Global IT, Lene Rhein Larsen who is also based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and governance principles
• Execute backlog items and deliver new features and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and integration initiatives across ITSM and ITOM
• Advice and build up our CSDM services and structure
• Collaborate with IT product teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Contribute to our Identity and Access Management solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for IT professionals
• Collaborate with IT architects to ensure consistent alignment of initiatives and cohesion within the overall IT landscape and architecture.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master Degree of Computer Science, IT, Engineering or something completely different – and 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules
• Knowledge of SailPoint ISC or other IAM solutions will be a plus
• A holistic and pragmatic mindset when approaching architecture
• Deep knowledge in ITIL and governance processes
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
