Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Service Now para incorporación en proyecto estable.

Sera responsable de:

-La revisión y análisis de requisitos de nuevas demandas de forma autónoma como en reuniones de definición de alcance con las distintas áreas del cliente y proveedores involucrados

-Valoración de impacto de las demandas en la plataforma ServiceNow

-Orientación y recomendaciones obre las posibilidades de implementación en la plataforma con foros en las mejores practicas de ServiceNow 

-Definir la posible estrategia de evolución tecnológica de la Plataforma Global del Cliente.

-Impulsar la automatización Global de la Plataforma

-Seguimiento de incidencias con el fabricante en la plataforma NowSupport ( antes HI)

-Supervisión y ayuda a las áreas técnicas en nuevas implementaciones

-Ayuda al Cliente en la toma de decisiones que garanticen la integridad de la Plataforma respetando la mejores practicas de ServiceNow manteniendo el grado de calidad esperado.

-Establecer la Gestión de Tareas Transversales de la Plataforma ( CoEI) mediante una arquitectura clara y consolidadad así como la Gestion del dato Core centralizado

-Desarrollo con diseños y niveles de calidad consistentes para una mejor escalabilidad

-Entregas y Gestión del cambio industrializados

Certificación CTA , 5 años experiencia

Conocimiento de la plataforma en ITSM/ITOM/SPM/SECOPS/GRC/WSD/ Legal Service Delivery

Inglés fluido

Gestión de conflictos y trabajo en equipo
