Responsibilities / Tasks To accelerate the growth of the Service Business Unit in the WEMEA region, we are seeking a dedicated Service Account Manager (SAM) with strong technical and commercial capabilities. This role is critical to unlocking market potential and driving service sales to very ambitious target, following a structured onboarding period. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow service revenues across the WEMEA region. Promote and sell complex service offerings including Upgrades, Retrofitting, Digital Packages, Obsolescence Solutions, and Spare Parts Kits . Collaborate closely with Regional Subsidiary teams to enhance service visibility, reputation, and credibility at customer sites. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and value-driven proposals. Provide market feedback and insights to support service portfolio development and innovation. Your Profile / Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with the following qualifications and competencies: Educational Background : Minimum of a technical high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Technical Expertise : Solid technical foundation, ideally within industrial or food processing technologies. Sales Experience : Proven track record in service sales, with the ability to position and sell complex service solutions. Language Skills : Proficient in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. International Exposure : Demonstrated experience working in international markets and multicultural environments. Interpersonal Skills : Empathetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. Goal Orientation : Capable of working independently and achieving objectives within defined timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Comfortable interacting with various departments including engineering, operations, and finance.
