The Role
As the Senior Workplace Platforms Lead, you will own and scale our collaboration and knowledge systems to ensure teams stay aligned, information is easy to find, and tooling remains simple as we grow. You will design scalable information architecture, improve signal-to-noise across platforms, and establish strong governance standards. This is a hands-on senior role responsible for configuring, automating, and continuously improving Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Notion. Your work will directly improve productivity and clarity across the organization.
You Will
• Own workplace platforms end-to-end including Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Design and maintain scalable information architecture including spaces, projects, permissions, templates, and naming standards
• Improve Slack signal-to-noise through thoughtful channel strategy, workflows, automation, and retention policies
• Standardize and optimize Jira workflows, hygiene practices, and reporting to ensure consistency and trust across teams
• Establish and maintain a reliable knowledge management system including documentation standards, ownership models, and content lifecycle processes
• Reduce tool sprawl by defining clear defaults, integrating systems where appropriate, and consolidating redundant workflows
• Implement role-based permissions and ensure reliable access provisioning and offboarding processes
• Configure, migrate, troubleshoot, and ship platform improvements directly without reliance on external consultants
