Senior Technical Product Manager - (Logistics - Customer, Time & Tracking)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Seamless team in Logistics on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

You will lead the development of our time estimation AI models and tracking products, which power our diverse portfolio of brands across the world. Your goal is to achieve the ambitious targets with regards to % of orders delivered ‘On time’, improve the accuracy of our vendor preparation time predictions, and provide a delightful tracking experience to our customers. All this while navigating distinct market dynamics which pose a challenge for our data science models’ accuracy, and with a focus on automation and scalability.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

• Lead the product: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly and long-term OKRs. 

• Drive innovation and automation: You will champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful results.

• Leverage data: You will delve into data to identify opportunities, collaborate with your stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation and continuously improve our pricing strategies.

• Collaborate & communicate effectively: You will partner closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands will be key.

• Become the subject matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for all things time estimations, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within this critical domain.

 

 

 

• 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results.

• Data fluency and experience working hand in hand with engineers, data scientists or analysts; Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions. 

• Previously owned product strategy, roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders; Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions. 

• Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, proven by the ability to drive alignment and shared objectives across multiple cross-functional, global teams (including data science, engineering, and diverse brand stakeholders).

• High degree of autonomy and reliability in execution, with a strong sense of ownership over long-term OKRs and the ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable product plans.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the last-mile delivery or e-commerce industry; Experience working with Time Estimation  machine learning / data science models or products and Background or experience working as a data scientist or data analyst.
