Job Description

As a Senior Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s core IT infrastructure. Also, you will serve as the technical bridge between infrastructure stability and process efficiency, leveraging automation platforms (n8n, Make.com) to reduce manual toil. Working in lockstep with the Security Analyst, you will act as the primary implementer of security directives, operationalizing policies into concrete system configurations. Your work will directly secure our identity perimeter and enable business agility through intelligent automation.

• Administer and own core business platforms, including Office 365, OneLogin, Monday.com, Intune, and Atera
• Design, implement, and own the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including the automation of employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Lead infrastructure projects, such as SaaS implementations and platform migrations
• Implement and manage AIOps (AI for IT Operations) tools for predictive monitoring, intelligent alerting, and root cause analysis to proactively address system issues
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and disaster recovery plans
• Provide Tier-3 technical support and act as a mentor and escalation point for other administrators, providing mentorship on complex root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Backfill support for Tier-1 as needed
• Serve as the primary architect for the Identity Provider (OneLogin/Entra/etc.), managing complex SAML 2.0/OIDC integrations and SCIM provisioning
• Ensure secure MDM configuration and lead infrastructure projects such as SaaS implementations and platform migrations
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using low-code platforms (n8n, Make.com) and utilize REST APIs to connect disparate business systems (Salesforce, Slack, etc.) where native connectors do not exist
• Design ITSM processes for zero-touch onboarding/offboarding. Create expert-level scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for complex tasks
• Partner with the Security Analyst to remediate vulnerabilities and apply technical controls to endpoints and platforms

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration
• At least 2 years of experience in Automation
• Deep understanding of authentication (SAML 2.0, OIDC) and SSO troubleshooting
• Experience building workflows with integration platforms (n8n, Make.com) and REST APIs/Webhooks
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows/macOS, M365, and IdP platforms (OneLogin/Entra/etc)
• Strong experience with MDMs (Jamf/Intune/etc) and core networking
• Active, daily user of AI tools in your technical workflows

Advantageous Experience/Skills:

• Strong preference for MacOS experience
• Experience architecting multi-step automation workflows with error handling (e.g., HRIS-to-AD provisioning)
• Experience architecting multi-step automation workflows with error handling (e.g., HRIS-to-AD provisioning); coding skills (Python/JS) for JSON manipulation; DevOps/IaC (Terraform) basics.

Certifications:

• System Administration - M365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) or AWS SysOps Admin.
• Automation - Power Automate RPA (PL-500), Make.com L2+, n8n, or Workato Pro
