We are seeking an SAP QM Consultant to drive a global quality transformation initiative focused on inspection plan redesign, supplier-family architecture, NCR migration into SAP, and automation of supplier performance analytics. The role requires deep SAP QM expertise, strong collaboration with business and IT teams, and the ability to implement scalable, high-volume quality processes. Ability for the resource to consult the business, drive changes (including implement solutions independently), and have a positive impact overall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated SAP QM expert support with continuous collaboration through daily or semi-daily sessions.
• Redesign and correct the complete inspection plan architecture (QP01) and implement long-term governance. 
• Develop automated inspection plan creation triggered by QI01, incorporating supplier, supplier family, revision level, and material type.
• Define and implement supplier family attributes in SAP, ensuring supplier family drives inspection logic and plan selection.
• Handle high-volume daily material updates (2050 per day) and ensure new materials can enter the plant without delays.
• Lead migration of NCR processes from MTool into SAP with full traceability to defects, inspection lots, and results.
• Enable automated supplier performance analytics integrated across SAP - Snowflake - Power BI, replacing manual Excel processes.
• Evaluate and support advanced QM capabilities, including quantitative inspection and SPC feasibility within or outside SAP.
• Collaborate with SAP Solution Architects for feasibility analysis and support custom development where required.
