As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will: • Assist in configuration of HCM business process across across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Position Management & Job Architecture. • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance. • Design and Deliver scalable Workday solutions across core HCM ensuring our technology enables best in class employee experience and supports strategic business outcomes Role: Workday HCM Functional Analyst will lead successful delivery of Workday Core HCM configuration solutions. In this role, you will: • Configure Workday Core HCM business processes across Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Talent, Position Management & Job Architecture • Assist in building and testing reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. • Execute configuration changes, test cases and data validation • Support release management activities by testing new feature and identifying potential impacts Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation. • Hands on exposure to Core HCM and at least one of the Compensation, Absence, Recruiting or Benefits • Experience supporting testing cycles and documenting functional changes All About You: • Ability to analyze existing integration landscapes to identify technical debt related to functionality, performance, error handling, and scalability. • Workday certification is core HCM is a plus • Eager to grow into broader Workday functional expertise • Strong problem solving mindset, proactive learner and collaborative team player • Ability to translate business requirements to system configuration. • Experience documenting business processes, procedures, test scripts, and workflows. • Able to communicate with both technical teams and business functional leaders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
