Description

Striim is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is ready to dive-in for a great learning experience in a truly start-up environment and want to make an impact for our Pivot to SaaS initiative. We are trying to solve ambiguous problems by leveraging the latest technologies and bringing more value to our customers. As we are a start-up one will have the privilege to work on full end to end functionality. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced and passionate engineers. We believe in working hard and playing hard.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software engineer you will design, develop, and debug software for distributed systems. In this role, you will be a leading contributor both individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience with advanced level understanding of Logical, Object-oriented design patterns, algorithms, data structures and distributed

• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented Programming C++ and Java required.

• Good understanding of relational databases internals such as transaction logs

• Good working experience of SQLServer/Oracle.

• Technical background in data integration and query processing.

• Expertise in collaborating with different teams to solve problems and debugging/troubleshooting software.

• Should thrive working in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other engineers

Preferred Skills

• Background in working with enterprise customers.

• Developing any data replication services would be a Plus
