We develop software, especially for the printing industry, from web and desktop applications and integration services for leading ERP systems to fully automated processes in print data preparation and print data optimization. Furthermore, we develop software in the Industry 4.0 environment for collecting and analyzing machine data.

We're seeking an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and leadership. You'll play a key role in driving innovation, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of immersive and AI-driven technologies. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor engineers in AR/VR, AI/ML, and full-stack development, fostering growth and innovation. 

• Design and oversee advanced applications using Python (including OpenCV), C#, JavaScript, React, and Unity. 

• Spearhead AR/VR projects using AR.js, A-Frame, and Unity, delivering immersive and interactive user experiences. 

• Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into products, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. 

• Implement real-time image processing and analysis using Python and OpenCV. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. 

• Advocate for and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. 

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with a strong focus on AR/VR, AI/ML, and full-stack development. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Python (including OpenCV), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). 

• C#, JavaScript, React, HTML, Unity. 

• AR.js and A-Frame for AR/VR development. 

• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-integrated applications and immersive AR/VR solutions. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world AR/VR and AI/ML projects. 

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
