The Job
As a Senior Software Engineer within our AI Innovation team, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI research into scalable, production-ready solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will work with LLM-based, ML, and other AI techniques to ensure our AI initiatives deliver measurable impact.
What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, including LLM and SLM fine-tuning and optimization
Build retrieval pipelines using vector databases and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, SciPy, or PyTorch
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems in production
Apply AI and machine learning techniques to solve complex engineering problems
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability
Stay current with AI trends and recommend innovative approaches

Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in engineering or data science
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as SciPy, PyTorch, or other data science or machine learning libraries
Hands-on experience with LLMs, context engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Nice to have:
Experience deploying SLMs in customer environments, balancing compute needs and optimizing throughput
Familiarity with ethical AI principles and bias mitigation
Exposure to cybersecurity or SOC-related AI applications
Experience building an MCP server or similar solution enabling an LLM to solve a concrete problem
