Role Overview:

As an DevSecOps Engineer at Interview Kickstart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that support our platform and services.

What will Excite Us ?

• An AI-first approach to infrastructure, security, and ML operations.

• 4+ years of experience across DevOps, MLOps, and Security practices.

• Strong expertise with AWS and Kubernetes/Docker.

• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

• Deep understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring).

• Experience with security automation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance (CIS, SOC2, GDPR).

• Solid scripting skills (Python and Bash).

• Good debugging and online searching skills.

• Good communication skills.

What will you be doing ?

• Designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure for both web applications (Python/Django + JavaScript/NextJS) and ML pipelines.

• Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and ML workloads.

• Implementing DevSecOps practices: integrating security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation.

• Building monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.

• Optimizing workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability (across API services, web apps, and ML model serving).

• Handling on-call issues across infrastructure, deployments, and ML pipelines.

• Driving best practices in infrastructure security, cost governance, and reliability engineering.

• Mentoring junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborating closely with ML, Dev, and Product teams
