Summary: 

We are seeking a SaaS Ops GenAI and Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency across SaaS Ops environments. 

 
This role combines deep operational understanding with cutting-edge Generative AI and 
automation engineering skills to reduce manual intervention, accelerate root cause analysis (RCA), and enable self-healing infrastructure within Spark, EKS, and cloud environments. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

AI-Driven SaaSOps Automation 

Design and deploy GenAI-enabled workflows that support proactive incident detection,
RCA summarization and resolution automation.

Integrate LLM-based copilots (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or internal GPT models) with 
SaaSOps tools for smart troubleshooting and impact summaries.

Implement automation logic to handle Spark job failures, pipeline restarts, and alert 
remediation without human intervention. 

 
Operational Workflow Automation 
 

Build andmaintain end-to-end automations across monitoring and incident 
management systems (Jira, Slack, ServiceNow, CriticalMon, SparkOpsSuite).

Orchestrate recurring SaaSOps tasks using tools like AWX, Airflow, or Python-based 
automation frameworks.

Integrate AI decision models into workflows to optimize change management, alert 
correlation, and resource scaling. 

 
Observability & Insights 

Extend monitoring coverage through AI-driven alert correlation and anomaly detection 
models.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance telemetry from Spark, EKS, 
and multi-tenant pipelines.

Use GenAI to generate incident summaries, health reports, and RCA narratives in 
real time. 

 
SaaSOps Innovation & Optimization 

Identify high-impact manual SaaSOps workflows suitable for automation or AI
augmentation. 

Drive continuous improvement through KAPA (Key AI Productivity & Adoption) metrics — measuring AI adoption, efficiency, and ROI.

Partner with CloudOps and DevOps teams to deliver an AI-first operations strategy across global environments. 

 
Required Skills & Experience: 

5–8 years of experience in SaaSOps, Cloud Operations, or IT Automation. 
Strong understanding of Spark, EKS, AWS infrastructure, and SaaS application 
operations. 

Proven experience with Python scripting and REST API integrations. 
Hands-on experience with automation/orchestration tools such as AWX, Airflow, or 
UiPath. 

Familiarity with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, 
etc.). 

Knowledge of observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana). 
Ability to build AI-assisted automations for tasks like log analysis, incident triage, andjob recovery. 

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments. 
 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience integrating ChatGPT or custom copilots with SaaS operations workflows. 

Experience with Jira automation, SparkOpsSuite, SaaSOpsBuddy, or similar 
platforms. 

Knowledge of KAPA metrics or AI adoption analytics frameworks. 

AWS / Azure automation certification preferred.
