Senior SEO & Technical Growth Specialist

We are hiring a Senior SEO & Technical Growth Specialist to own organic market growth end-to-end. This role combines SEO strategy, programmatic SEO, content systems, and website conversion. You will be responsible for how users find us, trust us, and convert through organic channels. This is a hands-on role: you will plan, build, ship, and measure.

Note: This is not a content writing role only, and not a social or paid ads role. It is a technical growth position.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• AI-Era Growth Strategy: Own the organic strategy in a search landscape increasingly shaped by AI. You define how we rank and stay visible as search evolves, ensuring traffic turns into sign-ups and qualified leads.

• Programmatic SEO & Architecture: Design and operate programmatic systems (templates, linking logic, indexation rules) that scale to large page counts while maintaining high quality.

• Content Systems & Authority: Build scalable content systems, not one-off articles. Ensure content reflects real expertise and credibility (E-E-A-T)—critical in the IELTS/Test Prep domain.

• Technical SEO & Automation: Identify and remove technical SEO bottlenecks. Improve crawlability, indexation, and structured data through automation to keep our infrastructure future-proof.

• Conversion Ownership: Own the key landing pages that convert organic traffic. Identify drop-offs and run simple experiments to optimize the journey from search result to registered user.

✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of solid hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth systems.
• Graduation from a top-tier university, preferably with a STEM degree.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to optimize or scale organic growth workflows.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and the ability to bridge the gap between marketing and product.
• Expert at using GA4 and Google Search Console to drive decision-making.
• Experience and strong understanding of GEO
• Experience or comfort with scaling content through automation or database-led workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in EdTech is a strong plus
