On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com , Startselect.com , mobiletopup.co.uk and other local sites that give customers secure and easy access to digital credit, game vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior expert in SEA who could help us for 6 months as one of our dear team members will be on maternity leave.

We need your support and talent to shape the future of a rapidly growing, global high-traffic B2C e-commerce platform and execute the online search strategies. Next to Recharge.com, our SEA specialists also run our local hero brands like beltegoed.nl, guthaben.de and recharge.fr.

What Will I Do?:
• As a Senior SEA Specialist, you will plan, manage, execute and measure the paid search campaigns for a set of markets across different search engines and languages. You will plan and execute A/B tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve a maximum return on investment on paid search campaigns.
• Having a data-driven mindset enables you to translate data into understandable information, and review and design new optimisation processes to implement them within the team.
• You are strategic, analytical, and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities. Using your soft skills, you develop outstanding relationships with various stakeholders and external partners.
• You are on top of the latest trends in the paid search world and you have experience in automation, whether we speak about data or processes. You have in-depth knowledge of smart bid strategies and know how to use all features to react to market and competition changes.
• You will be given full ownership of strategic projects that shape the future of our SEA team.

What You Have:
• Knowledge of advanced bidding tools and strategies is essential (campaign automation, bid management)
• Love for numbers, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task performed. You challenge the status quo, come up with new hypotheses and make plans to test them
• Good understanding of tracking & measurement
• Experience in campaign mass management & working with large budgets
• An open mind & love for change to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, new cultures in our awesome international workspace
• Bonus: Experience in advanced reporting tools (Example:Tableau or Powerbi) building your own dashboards and view
