工作职责

深入理解细胞治疗药物的作用机制、生产流程与质量控制要求,确保对药物安全性与有效性的系统性把握; 负责自动化设备的机械结构设计与制造或供应商管理,涵盖离心、细胞培养、液体处理等关键单元,确保设备的可靠性、易维护性与可清洁性; 熟悉传感器、执行器、控制系统的选型与应用,设计稳定、高冗余的控制流程及联锁策略,支持批生产与异常处置; 主导设备软件开发与验证,实现自动运行、过程数据采集、数据完整性、实时可视化与分析,支持电子批记录与合规审计追踪; 熟悉药品生产质量管理体系及细胞治疗相关法规/指南,能够设计并交付满足合规、验证(IQ/OQ/PQ)、风险管理(FMEA)的自动化设备; 负责项目整体规划与推进,包括里程碑设定、跨职能协作(工艺/QA/验证/供应链)、进度与成本控制、供应商管理,确保按时高质量交付; 具备问题解决与创新思维,持续优化设备性能、良率与生产效率,推进模块化、标准化与数字化升级(如PAT、数据驱动优化); 完成上级安排的相关工作任务,并支持关键节点的技术评审与风险缓解。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历,自动化、机械、电气、控制、软件工程或生物工程/生物技术等相关专业;

2. 有自动化设备开发与制造经验,具备从概念设计到量产交付的完整实践经验优先;

3. 优秀的跨部门协调、需求理解、系统设计与问题解决能力,能够在受监管环境下推进复杂项目;

4. 有细胞疗法相关自动化设备制造经验优先。
