工作职责
深入理解细胞治疗药物的作用机制、生产流程与质量控制要求，确保对药物安全性与有效性的系统性把握； 负责自动化设备的机械结构设计与制造或供应商管理，涵盖离心、细胞培养、液体处理等关键单元，确保设备的可靠性、易维护性与可清洁性； 熟悉传感器、执行器、控制系统的选型与应用，设计稳定、高冗余的控制流程及联锁策略，支持批生产与异常处置； 主导设备软件开发与验证，实现自动运行、过程数据采集、数据完整性、实时可视化与分析，支持电子批记录与合规审计追踪； 熟悉药品生产质量管理体系及细胞治疗相关法规/指南，能够设计并交付满足合规、验证（IQ/OQ/PQ）、风险管理（FMEA）的自动化设备； 负责项目整体规划与推进，包括里程碑设定、跨职能协作（工艺/QA/验证/供应链）、进度与成本控制、供应商管理，确保按时高质量交付； 具备问题解决与创新思维，持续优化设备性能、良率与生产效率，推进模块化、标准化与数字化升级（如PAT、数据驱动优化）； 完成上级安排的相关工作任务，并支持关键节点的技术评审与风险缓解。
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、电气、控制、软件工程或生物工程/生物技术等相关专业；
2. 有自动化设备开发与制造经验，具备从概念设计到量产交付的完整实践经验优先；
3. 优秀的跨部门协调、需求理解、系统设计与问题解决能力，能够在受监管环境下推进复杂项目；
4. 有细胞疗法相关自动化设备制造经验优先。
