We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and continuously improve our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ and the broader GTM tech stack in a complex B2B SaaS environment.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise with CPQ, subscription-based revenue models and system integrations, as well as the judgment to design scalable, business-first solutions in multi-team, multi-process Salesforce orgs.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ configuration (opportunities, products, pricing, quoting, contracts, renewals, amendments)
• Design and maintain scalable data models, automation and governance for subscription-based revenue
• Partner with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership to translate business requirements into pragmatic Salesforce solutions
• Support and optimize integrations with adjacent systems (e.g. billing, ERP, data, and marketing tools such as Chargebee or NetSuite)
• Ensure data quality, system reliability and adherence to Salesforce best practices across a complex org
• Identify, prioritize and reduce technical debt while enabling business velocity
Requirements:
• Senior Salesforce Admin experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ and subscription models
• Proven experience working in complex Salesforce orgs with multiple teams, processes and integrations
• Strong bias toward simplicity, scalability, and maintainability is a must
• Ability to operate as a trusted partner to RevOps, Finance and GTM leadership
• Language Proficiency: Strong professional English (C1).
