The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with a proactive mindset to join our team. In this role, you will partner with engineering and business teams to define and elevate quality standards, ensuring the delivery of technology solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities  

Write internal test scripts. 

Write UAT test scripts. 

Lead and manage the QA of multiple complex integrated CRM and eCommerce platforms workstreams concurrently. 

Own and lead overall project test strategy. 

Execute internal testing. 

Document defects, track to resolution. 

Process improvements. 

Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and enact feedback from user experience evaluations.  

Support bug reporting and feedback loop. 

Support UAT process. 

Implement best practices and standardized testing and scripts. 

Required Skills & Experience 

4+ years of experience with front-end technologies (JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) 

3+ years of experience working with SQL and relational databases 

Experience with complex integrated CRM and eCommerce platforms are considered substantial assets to this position.  

Experience supporting enterprise or legacy web applications is preferred 

Experience with Java development, specifically JUnit, is a plus 

Experience with writing and implementing automated tests is a plus 

Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal 

 Proficiency using Jira & Confluence

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary range of $86,600-$118,000*
