This center will be a core part of our global product and technology team, driving innovation across multiple areas to expand our product portfolio and business.

We are looking for an experienced developer to help build world-class ERP solutions and play a key role in our growing Hyderabad product organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
• Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
• Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.

Who You Are

• 9+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications.
• Knowledge and experience in C# or Java, API Web Services, REST API.
• Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, financials).
• Experience with continuous integration tools (Bamboo) and version control (Git).
• Exposure to SQL and database validation.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects more efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to strengthen our testing practices, automation frameworks, and product quality.
