Senior QA Engineer - .COM - Automation & Java coding

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with team members (Developers, Product Manager and Partners) to develop, test and deliver high quality software products
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prevent, collect, analyze and track product defects
• Design, develop and execute Automation scripts
• Hands-on Manual investigation and reproduction of functional Backend (Java) software issues
• Root cause analysis of existing test script failures
• Identification of current test script deficiencies and candidates for additional scripted coverage
• Investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact
• Documentation and design of candidate test scenarios for the above

Requirements:
• At least 7-8 years experience in software testing methodologies, both Automation (*Must have) & Manual (General)
• Strong ability to to write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong ability to handle Backend services such as APIs, Databases, distributed services
• Familiar with Linux and database operation: Mysql, SQLServer, Oracle and test environment construction by CICD, Spring Boot
• Good programming: Master in Java coding (Must have)
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and using collaboration tools, such as Jira, Trello, Slack, etc
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
• Self-managed, proactive work style. Able to work independently within a team centric environment
