Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Senior QA Analyst who goes beyond executing test cases — someone who actively contributes to the overall quality of the project. This role is ideal for someone with a business-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a small, agile team.

Project Overview:

Join a team responsible for ensuring the quality of backend processes related to mobile provisioning, based on BPMN. The project uses a custom Java-based test framework that supports both fully and semi-automated testing. We are currently expanding backend test coverage and integrating tests with mobile devices (Android).

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional testing, including on Android mobile devices.
• Focus on high-level backend process testing (no UI testing).
• Collaborate closely with a small development team (~2 developers) to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support developers in quality-related activities.
• Analyze backend processes and their impact on the system.
• Execute tests and report results.

Must have:

• Experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Xray, IntelliJ.
• Basic understanding of test automation (e.g., completed a course or used record & playback tools).
• Understanding of how databases work.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with mobile devices (Android) is a plus.
• German language skills.
• Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience or knowledge of automated processes or subscription models.

 

Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days per week from the office in Poznań,Warsaw or Lublin.
