We are building the next-generation of AI powered Hosting & Mail products from the ground up. We need a Senior Product Owner to facilitate the development of our cutting-edge AI App Builder product alongside the continued development of our global Email platform and Managed WordPress products.

You will be the bridge between vision and execution, working across multiple high-performing development teams to ship products that will become the new standard for hosting and email services across Europe and beyond

What will you be doing?

• Requirement Engineering: Translate high-level commercial aspirations from Product Management into granular, high-quality technical requirements and functional specifications.

• Strategic Interface: Act as the primary point of clarity between technical engineering teams and stakeholders in Customer Care, Product Management and Marketing.

• Roadmap Synchronization: Align the development of the Mail, AI App Builder and Managed WordPress suite with broader business milestones and customer needs.

• Value Prioritization: Ensure the engineering effort is always directed toward the highest-impact commercial outcomes, balancing new feature sets with platform stability.

• Customer Advocacy: Represent the "voice of the customer" within the Hosting Technology division, ensuring feature delivery and architectural choices align with long-term user satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Management: Champion the products across the business, managing expectations and providing transparent updates on progress and roadmap milestones.

• AI-Driven Delivery: Utilize modern tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate delivery and overall efficiency of own work and that of the wider department

Hours/work pattern:

• 40/week, Monday to Friday

• Office-based, hybrid working 2-3 days/week (with flexible start/end times to help you balance life and work)

Salary and benefits:

• Basic salary range starts from £70,000+ depending on experience and skills

What experience do you need under your belt?

• Proven experience in a high-level Product Owner or Technical Product Management role, specifically acting as the interface between commercial and technical departments.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and discuss complex global platforms, including Mail systems, AI-driven applications, and WordPress ecosystems.

• Expertise in Requirement Decomposition: A track record of taking vague business ideas and turning them into robust, detailed technical documentation.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with high-availability, customer-facing platforms such as Mail services, WordPress ecosystems, or AI-integrated applications.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across Product, Architecture, and Customer Care teams.

• Agile Fluency: Solid understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and how to feed development teams high-quality backlogs.

• AI Proficiency: Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
