As a Penetration Tester, you will join the Belgian Offensive Security Team, a skilled unit delivering advanced security testing across some of the most sensitive and critical environments. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our clients’ cyber-resilience by identifying vulnerabilities before adversaries do. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team and contribute to a wide portfolio of projects within the Public Sector, Financial Services, Aerospace, Defense, and major European Institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Scoping and executing of penetrations test across a wide scope of technologies, products, services, applications and critical infrastructure companies
• Documenting technical issues both Cyber and IT related during testing assessments. These issues should be clearly written and formulated into reports with remediating actions provided to the business
• Supporting incident response by providing context and expertise around cyber threats, which will help focus investigation efforts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, methodologies and security testing program
• Act as a Technical Lead within the Offensive Security team ensuring methodological consistency and promoting a high standard of technical excellence

You have knowledge and experience of the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Penetration Testing/Red Teaming.
• Certification such as OSCP, CRTP, CRTO or equivalent are a plus.
• Knowledge of penetration testing tools, frameworks, and methodology ( e.g.,Nessus, Kali, Nmap, Scripting, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, OWASP, MITTRE).
• Awareness of frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK and NIST and how they can be applied effectively within an enterprise.
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch is a plus
