Role- Senior NAND Array Characterization Engineer.

Experience- 3 to 6 years

Skills- Python scripting,TCL, Autoamtion

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to device technology development of state-of-the-art NAND Array characterization.
• Perform electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify device improvement directions.
• Trim and waveform/algorithm engineering in order to improve cell threshold voltage placement, performance and reliability.
• Utilize automation to improve efficiency of NAND Array characteristics data collection.
• Create and develop repository of scripts or subroutines for seamless enabling of experimental characterization of NAND array on various developmental NAND testers.
• Work with other hardware teams to optimize NAND tester usability through innovative automation methods.
• Ensure highest quality in experimental execution and efficient NAND array characterizing methodology.

• Minimum Master’s degree in Electrical engineering with on semiconductor-devices or automation.
