About The Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Mobile Infrastructure Developer to take a key role in designing, building, and scaling our mobile infrastructure.

In this role, you will work across native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (React Native) environments, focusing on performance, scalability, and developer experience. You will play a central role in shaping the mobile foundations that enable fast, reliable, and high-quality product development.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Infrastructure Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in React Native to support mobile app development and deployment

• Lead best practices and implementations in areas such as:

• Mobx

• Geolocation and geofencing

• WebView

• Encryption

• Backend–mobile communication interfaces

• Media compression and management

• Code Push

• Performance optimization and app startup time

CI/CD & Automation

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native platforms

• Automate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments

• Improve developer velocity through tooling and infrastructure enhancements

Architecture & Design

• Design and evolve mobile architecture aligned with best practices for native (Swift, Kotlin) and React Native

• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security

• Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and approaches

Release Management

• Take ownership of the mobile release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and reliable releases

• Collaborate with QA, developers, and product teams to maintain high quality

• Maintain versioning, release documentation, and rollout strategies

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align solutions with business needs

• Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and delivery

• Share knowledge and contribute to raising the bar of mobile development practices across the team

Monitoring & Maintenance

• Implement monitoring and observability tools for app performance and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production environments

• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards

Experience & Skills

Technical Expertise:

• 6+ Years experience in native mobile development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin)

• Experience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.

• 2+ Years experience with React native

• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.

• Strong mentoring skills, with experience guiding developers in best practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
