What awaits you at Mynaric:
• Lead the operation, enhancement, and long-term development of Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, Windows Server, desktop environments, and other core Microsoft services, with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements using technologies such as PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Intune device policies, and standardized workflows.
• Manage identity and access management, device compliance, and endpoint policies to ensure consistent and secure platform operation.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex issues within the Microsoft ecosystem and oversee the full troubleshooting process until stable resolution.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, operational guidelines, and technical standards that support transparency and smooth daily operations.
• Support team members by sharing expertise, providing practical guidance, and contributing to a continuous learning team culture.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, service quality, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency through structured feedback and active involvement.

What you bring with you:
• Several years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, and Active Directory in professional environments.
• Strong practical experience with automation and scripting—especially PowerShell—and a desire to streamline work through standardization and tooling.
• A solid understanding of identity and access management, device management principles, policy creation, and governance of Microsoft-based infrastructures.
• Strong practical experience with core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, including their optimization in enterprise-grade environments.
• Experience working in international environments where clear communication and coordination are essential.
• A proactive and efficient mindset, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
• A structured, reliable, and self-driven approach, enabling you to balance operational responsibilities with long-term improvement initiatives.
• Experience in IT security–related areas such as intrusion detection or data loss prevention is considered a plus. Ideally, you have contributed to an IT security certification (e.g., ISO 27001) for an organization.
