•Strategy & Planning: Develop annual, quarterly, and key promotional campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11) strategies, sales targets, and budget plans.
•TP Management & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for the TP agency, overseeing daily operations including product listing, campaign applications, storefront design, live streaming execution, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
•Data-Driven Review: Establish a store data monitoring system, regularly analyze operational metrics (traffic, conversion, average order value, etc.), lead post-campaign reviews, and propose actionable optimizations to drive business growth.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, content marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operation of the "product-content-operations" workflow.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Experience in E-commerce operation management on Tmall, proven experience in 0-1 store launch or leading operations on Tmall/Taobao.
• Category business experience and deep understanding of consumer goods industry, preferably FMCG
• Cross-border experience is a plus ( from overseas market to China)
• A comprehensive knowledge of the consumer goods industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements; Business and marketing acumen.
• Deep understanding of Tmall platform rules, marketing tools, and advertising logic. Highly data-sensitive with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and TP/vendor management skills, with the ability to drive partners to achieve goals.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
• Basic English communication skills required.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deal with key stakeholders to gain resources.
• Strong analytical and Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
