Senior Manager - Data & Analytics

Rapyuta Robotics, an ETH Zurich spin-off, operates with the goal of making robots more accessible to anyone in the logistics industry. In this role, you will build and lead a small, hands-on team responsible for creating an internal Data & Analytics Platform that powers how the company designs and operates solutions for warehousing and supply chain. The team operates with a product mindset, developing reusable analytics models, automated workflows, internal tools, and standardized playbooks that are consumed by Sales, Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations squads. You will own the outcomes of this platform end-to-end—quality, adoption, delivery speed, and continuous improvement—and will be expected to personally contribute when the team is blocked, quality is at risk, or critical analytics and automation capabilities need to be built.

Responsibilities

• Build & Own the Data & Analytics Platform: Build and operate an internal Data & Analytics Platform that delivers reusable models, tools, and automated workflows to support solution design and operational decision-making across Sales, Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations squads.

• Standardize & Scale Solutioning Workflows: Turn recurring analyses (e.g., sizing, throughput modeling, layout evaluation, performance reporting) into standardized, scalable capabilities, progressively reducing manual effort through automation and self-service.

• Hands-on Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership on analytics architecture, modeling, and automation; personally contribute when critical capabilities need to be built or when delivery quality and timelines are at risk.

• Own Platform Outcomes & Adoption: Own platform outcomes end-to-end (quality, adoption, delivery speed), working closely with internal squads to embed the platform into daily workflows and continuously improve its impact on solutioning quality and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading small teams while remaining hands-on in critical technical work.

• Demonstrated experience delivering analytics and automation solutions (e.g., using Python, SQL, or similar), with ownership of end-to-end outcomes (from design to deployment and adoption).

• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces and translate recurring business needs into standardized, scalable analytics capabilities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building new capabilities from the ground up.

• Familiarity with the supply chain domain is a plus
