Overview of the Role:

The Senior Manager, Business Value Services (BVS) is part of our Data Foundation (DF) operating unit, which brings MuleSoft and Informatica solutions to market. You will work within the DF Value Center of Excellence (COE), closely aligned with our global sales organization, as an individual contributor responsible for driving value-selling effectiveness across four areas: enablement, tools, commercial innovation, and senior advisory.

This role is based in France and requires fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities:
 

• Train and support global BVS teams on MuleSoft and Informatica value drivers; coach the broader DF field on business value best practices and proposal excellence.

• Create and promote DF proposal assets — including templates, models, and benchmarks — to improve consistency and quality at scale.

• Design and launch new DF commercial offerings and go-to-market approaches, such as consumption-based license frameworks, to drive sales growth.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on our largest, most strategic DF license pursuits; engage directly with customer executive teams to articulate the strategic and financial impact of our platform and support negotiations.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Fluency in French and English.

• Demonstrated experience in consultative, strategic customer-facing roles with expertise in developing business cases and commercial proposals.

• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior executives.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Pricing, and other key partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Deep familiarity with enterprise software, MuleSoft, and/or Informatica solutions.

• Experience with consumption-based or unlimited license commercial models.

Le Senior Manager, Business Value Services (BVS) fait partie de notre unité opérationnelle Data Foundation (DF), qui commercialise les solutions MuleSoft et Informatica. Missions principales :
 

• Former et accompagner les équipes mondiales BVS sur les leviers de valeur MuleSoft et Informatica ; former les équipes terrain DF sur les meilleures pratiques de vente de valeur et l'excellence des propositions.

• Créer et promouvoir les meilleurs actifs DF pour les propositions — modèles, benchmarks, études de cas — afin de garantir cohérence et qualité à grande échelle.

• Concevoir et lancer de nouvelles offres commerciales DF (ex : modèles basés sur la consommation) pour stimuler la croissance.

• Intervenir en tant que conseiller de confiance sur nos opportunités de vente les plus stratégiques ; engager directement les directions générales des clients pour articuler l'impact financier de notre plateforme et soutenir les négociations majeures.

Profil recherché :
 

• Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais.

• Expérience confirmée dans des fonctions de conseil stratégique ou des rôles de vente orientés client, avec une expertise dans l'élaboration de business cases et de propositions commerciales.

• Solides compétences en analyse quantitative et modélisation financière, avec la capacité de communiquer des idées complexes à des interlocuteurs de niveau C-Suite.

• Capacité avérée à travailler en transversal avec les équipes Ventes, Ingénierie, Pricing et autres fonctions clés.

Atouts (non requis) :
 

• Forte culture du logiciel d'entreprise, et des solutions MuleSoft et/ou Informatica.

• Expérience avec des modèles commerciaux basés sur la consommation ou les contrats illimités.
