Sobre el rol:

Como Administrador/a Senior de Sistemas Linux en nuestro equipo de Managed Service Platform Operations (MSPO), gestionarás, automatizarás y optimizarás nuestras plataformas de servidores (bare metal y virtualizadas), asegurando la entrega de servicios de alta calidad. Trabajarás de manera práctica, resolverás incidencias complejas y mejorarás continuamente nuestras plataformas mediante automatización y buenas prácticas.

Responsabilidades clave:
Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento diario de las plataformas de servicios gestionados.
Administrar servidores Linux a nivel global.
Soporte on-call como agente de 3er nivel para tickets de clientes (máximo una semana al mes).
Automatizar tareas recurrentes con Bash, Perl, Python y Ansible.
Resolver problemas en sistemas Linux, servidores Apache y bases de datos MySQL.
Colaborar con el equipo, stakeholders y clientes.
Mantener documentación clara y seguir buenas prácticas.
Requisitos:
Conocimientos avanzados en administración de sistemas Linux.
Experiencia en scripting Bash, Perl o Python.
Experiencia en troubleshooting de Linux, Apache y MySQL.
Experiencia en automatización con Ansible.
Familiaridad con herramientas de ticketing y colaboración (OTRS, Jira, Confluence).
Capacidad de resolución de problemas, proactividad y atención al detalle.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
