Senior Intelligence Analyst - ZCAP

As a Senior Intelligence Analyst -Deep and Darkweb Desk, you will join ZeroFox’s Intelligence Team: a group of analysts who dedicate themselves to protecting customers and their assets from digital and physical security threats. With our proprietary hybrid intelligence platforms and methodologies, you will utilize your collection, analysis, and scripting skills to identify threats and generate intelligence to assess risk to our customer base. Threat intelligence activities include tracking current and emerging threats covering cyber crime and various forms of malicious exploitation. Requirements:
• Work independently and collaboratively with a blended team of domestic and onshore teams
• Support ad hoc, client-specific requests
• Follow best practices of operational security and maintain adherence to relevant laws and policies to safeguard sources, methods, and sensitive information.
• Coordinate and gather cyber threat information from various channels, including (OSINT), commercial threat feeds, the dark/deep web, and proprietary platforms with ensured quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Identify, track, and assess emerging threats, including cyber threats, APTs (Advanced Persistent Threats), malware, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and produce detailed intelligence reports on threat actors, their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and emerging threats, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Stay informed and maintain a detailed understanding of the global threat landscape, including geopolitical events, emerging technologies, and industry-specific threats.
• Research and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance the threat intelligence capabilities to ensure high-quality reports and relevant data is being ingested.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship, training junior analysts in collection techniques, data validation, and intelligence processing methods.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to design and implement strategic collection plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize intelligence needs and allocate appropriate resources and tools.
• Identify gaps in collection processes and recommend new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve operational effectiveness and intelligence accuracy.
• Implement automation and orchestration to improve the speed and accuracy of intelligence analysis and response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 4 to 6 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on collection operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing intelligence collection efforts and proven experience working with multiple intelligence sources
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively across diverse team
• In-depth understanding of cyber threats, adversarial tactics (TTPs), malware analysis, and cybersecurity operations.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable intelligence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and operate within strict security protocols.
• Strong proficiency in using intelligence collection tools and software
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and statistical analysis tools.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing clear and actionable intelligence reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and operational demands.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements.
