Ever wondered what it feels like to work as a Senior Integration Engineer / Consultant at Netcompany, shaping integration solutions at enterprise scale?

Joining us in this role, you’ll take technical ownership of business-critical integrations for large enterprise clients. You’ll lead the design and delivery of complex integration landscapes built on Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), while guiding teams, influencing architecture, and ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and future-proof.

This role is well suited to experienced integration engineers or consultants who enjoy combining hands-on development, technical leadership, and client-facing responsibility.

As a Senior Integration Engineer / Consultant you will:

• Design, implement, and optimize Oracle-based integration solutions, including orchestration, mediation, messaging, retries, idempotency, and correlation
• Take ownership of REST and SOAP API design, governance, and lifecycle management, ensuring performance, resiliency, and compliance with non-functional requirements
• Translate business and architectural requirements into integration designs, interface specifications, and SLAs, balancing scope, risk, and technical trade-offs
• Build, troubleshoot, and support BPEL processes, OSB pipelines, adapters, and OIC integrations
• Lead the integration of enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Billing, Collections, Portals, and Chatbots, working with internal and vendor APIs
• Drive automation and CI/CD for integration components and contribute to operational excellence through logging, monitoring, and alerting (e.g. Grafana, Kibana, ELK)
• Act as a technical mentor: review designs and code, support junior engineers, and promote best practices across teams
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and audit requirements, including OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, mTLS, secure secrets handling, and audit logging

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub/sub, batch, file-based, event-driven)
• Strong expertise in XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, and complex message transformations
• Proven ability to design, build, test, and optimize resilient APIs and services, including fault handling and recovery strategies
• Solid scripting skills (e.g. Unix shell, WLST) for automation and operational support
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c and/or Oracle Service Bus (OSB); experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly valued
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and structured release processes in enterprise environments
• Good understanding of unit, integration, and regression testing for integration solutions
• Strong experience with logging, monitoring, and observability in production environments (Grafana, Kibana, ELK, or similar)
• Deep understanding of integration security: OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, mTLS, API keys, and secrets management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A leadership mindset with a collaborative, pragmatic, and quality-driven approach

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Advanced SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting; PL/SQL is a strong advantage
• Experience working in Telecommunications or Utilities domains
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in production
• Experience working in large, distributed enterprise ecosystems and managing external vendor integrations
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role
