The NVIDIA SoC-Clocks team is seeking an Infrastructure and Methodology Engineer dedicated to optimizing design, verification, and architectural processes. This role will focus on the development of automation and intelligent tools aimed at standardizing workflows and enhancing overall efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate should possess proven web full-stack development experience, strong programming capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in AI application development and fundamental ASIC knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of NVIDIA’s design, verification, and architecture development environments, execution procedures, and decision-making methodologies.
• Collaborate with IP design, verification, and architecture engineers to identify process bottlenecks and formulate infrastructure improvement solutions; clarify requirements and select suitable methodologies for developing infrastructure processes and tools.
• Develop and enhance automated and intelligent infrastructure processes and tools, including GUI-driven web systems, visualized applications, and production-use agentic applications built around multi-step workflows, coordinated tool use, and dependable orchestration to support an efficient development environment for design, verification, and architecture teams.
• Research advanced design and verification tool flows within NVIDIA and the wider industry and develop new applications based on these flows to address emerging challenges.
What we need to see:
• Academic background in CS, EE, CE, or AE with about 2+ years of related working experience.
• Basic knowledge of ASIC principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and JavaScript.
• Strong full-stack development experience across modern frontend frameworks, backend services, and major databases, with practical exposure to CI/CD, deployment, and production monitoring or operations.
• Proven experience delivering production AI applications with sound practices for evaluation, iteration, and reliability.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong cross-team communication and consensus-building skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Experience in FLOW/Methodology development.
• Involvement in ASIC-related CAD projects, including SoC chip build flow, CDC/RDC checking, static analysis, and simulation regression management.
• Complete hands-on experience of building an End-to-End AI tool.
