How you'll make an impact:
• Participate in the operational accounting of ANDE SE and its European branches(Germany, Italy, Spain,France and Belgium)in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and tax regulations
• Perform monthly closing activities, including postings and company-level consolidations
• Validate, post, and document holding company transactions(e.g.allocation of management fees to branches)as part of the financial statement preparation
• Act as a key contact for branch finance teams and internal stakeholders (Tax, Actuarial, FP&A, Internal Audit)within AND-E company and with ANDEL group centers.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and Luxembourg authorities
• Contribute to finance projects, process improvements, and the digitalization/automation of accounting workflows including AI applications
What it takes to succeed in this role:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, CFA)
• Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, particularly in an international consolidation environment
• Very good Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting IT systems
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
