(Senior) Fullstack Engineer (Greenfield Project)

Our Graham team is pioneering a green-field project to expand Smartly’s offering into a significant new advertising channel. We also operate at the forefront of our efforts to support Snapchat and Spotify Ads, owning the campaign management functionalities that enable users to scale, automate, and optimize their advertising operations efficiently.

Join us in building end-to-end automation solutions and enhancing existing automation pipelines to help advertisers seamlessly launch and iterate their Snapchat and Spotify Ads campaigns.

You'll also have the opportunity to design and develop how AI impacts ad tech, shaping the future of automated advertising. Additionally, you will be instrumental in building the new architecture required to support integration with emerging advertising channels and platforms.

As we expand into exciting new domains, we’re looking for talented engineers to strengthen our team and push the boundaries of advertising on scale at Smartly.

We design, build, and maintain client-facing APIs and automation services using:

•
Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes

•
React for core UI workflows

•
Seamless integrations with the broader Smartly infrastructure

As a (Senior) Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work on challenges such as:

• Integrating customer assets and performance data into our platform, creating infrastructure that enables large-scale advertisers to automate their ad campaigns.

• Building data-intensive automation solutions to optimize performance at a high scale.

• Collaborating with other development teams to architect and build cross-platform features.

• Partnering with designers to build high-quality user interfaces and frontend tooling using modern frameworks.

• Engaging directly with stakeholders at the industry’s biggest advertising platforms, like Snapchat and Spotify, to ensure our product meets the highest standards in quality and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer with strong TypeScript skills.

• Proficiency in Node.js and React.

• Experience in backend infrastructure, large-scale data processing, and event-driven systems.

• A solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous architectures.

• Ability and willingness to work from our Helsinki office three times per week.
