Job Summary

We are looking for experienced software engineers to help decouple and modernize software components across complex, distributed systems. The goal is to increase development velocity, system reliability, and engineering productivity by building robust internal products and platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to deliver internal tools that become a strategic advantage for the business. You’ll have ownership over meaningful technical initiatives and contribute directly to improving how teams across the company build and operate software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates in a disciplined agile environment to solve complex technical problems.

• Design and build highly available, scalable services and applications used by internal teams and global business units.

• Work across multiple technology stacks, gaining deep exposure to different systems and architectures.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term, shared technical and business goals.

• Take end-to-end ownership of critical features and infrastructure, from design to production.

• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code across multiple projects.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and reliability gaps in existing systems.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in frontend and backend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or equivalent) and Golang.

• Strong problem-solving skills with solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.

• Practical understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality features on schedule in complex environments.

• Experience building and maintaining systems with multiple dependencies and integrations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
