We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance & Treasury Manager (f/d/m) to drive our daily treasury, invoicing, payment and liquidity forecasting operations, to ensure the ongoing financial stability of our global Climate Tech  platform. You will own and continuously improve end-to-end financial processes that will have a crucial impact on our company’s financial health and commercial success.

YOUR MISSION:
• Take ownership of our end-to-end invoicing, payment approval and cash disbursement workflows to ensure stability and reliability of CEEZER’s treasury, invoicing and payment functions.
• Ensure a high degree of professionalism across external processes such as customer invoicing and bank relationship management.
• Conduct regular, systematic Group cash monitoring across banks and payment platforms, to help the Management team maintain a clear view of our ongoing liquidity position.
• Drive the cash forecasting and planning process to enable the Management team to make the right strategic capital allocation decisions on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with leaders across all CEEZER functions to obtain required inputs for building detailed cash forecasting models.
• Build high-quality cash monitoring reports and share with CEEZER’s leadership team to support financial and operational decision making.
• Spearhead ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency across treasury, invoicing, payment and related finance functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in treasury, cash planning & management, FP&A or a comparable finance role.
• Background at a Big Four or specialized advisory firm within the relevant functional area is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyse complex financial data and build high-quality models and outputs.
• Analytical, methodical and flexible mindset with a high degree of independent ownership, combined with willingness and curiosity to learn beyond a narrow set of tasks.
• Purpose-driven attitude with a sincere commitment to driving substantial climate impact by helping our customers reduce their carbon footprint via CEEZER’s platform offering.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
